Audience:
This course is intended for those individuals currently employed in the transit industry in any capacity in the field of transit human resources management. Prior experience in transit and/or in HR should be considered by transit agencies when selecting participants.
Description:
This is the third workshop of four modules that identifies rewards systems, compensation, benefits, human resource information systems (HRIS) and compensation related legal issues in transit.
Objectives:

- Benchmark rewards systems
- Integrate rewards systems
- Align rewards systems with other HR practices

- Understand and create models for base pay and incentive programs

- Understand pension and capital accumulation systems
